Smokey BBQ'd Arctic Char Fillet with Citrus and Seasonal Vegetables

Ingredients
1-2lbs Full Arctic Char
Sanagan's Dad's Girlfriend's BBQ Sauce
Lemon, juice and slices
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Pre-heat BBQ to 400 degrees. Season the Arctic Char Fillet with Salt and Pepper. Add sliced Lemon to the grill to avoid the Char sticking. Place Arctic Char Fillet over the Lemon slices & squeeze half the lemon on the fillet. Brush BBQ Sauce over the Char Fillet and let cook for 5 minutes. Glaze again every 3-5 minutes, as desired. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until desired doneness. Top with a final squeeze of Lemon, pair with grilled seasonal vegetables and Enjoy!
