
Spiced Char, Turbot or Walleye Birria Fish Tacos with a Spicy Salsa Verde and Tangy Cabbage Slaw on Fresh Tortillas

Ingredients
Walleye, Turbot and/or Arctic Char
Maizal Birria Marinade
Maizal Salsa Verde
Maizal Red Cabbage Slaw
Maizal Beet and Corn Tortillas
Lime, to taste
Cilantro
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Add fish of choice to a ziploc bag or container and top with Maizal Birria Marinade, make sure the fish is completely coated. For a less spicy finish, add a splash of Olive Oil or Water to the Maizal Birria Marinade to loosen the sauce. Let marinate for 30 minutes, up to an hour. Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees. Wrap pink Tortillas tightly in foil and place in oven to heat through. While the Tortillas are warming, heat pan to medium-high and add Olive Oil. Pan fry fish till cooked through, add salt and pepper to taste. Slice Limes and tear Cilantro. Plate warmed Tortilla's and top with Fish, Salsa Verde, Red Cabbage Slaw, and Cilantro. Finish with a squeeze of lime and Enjoy!
