Smokey Cold Smoked Turbot with fresh Vegetables and Spicy Aioli

Cook Time: 10 Minutes


Ingredients

  • Cold Smoked Turbot

  • Sushi Rice

  • Edamame

  • Shredded Carrots

  • Cucumber

  • Avocado

  • Red Peppers

  • Soy Sauce

  • Spicy Chipotle Aioli

  • Dill, to garnish

Preparation

Cook Sushi Rice according to package and leave to the side. Chop vegetables as desired and lay over the rice. Slice the Cold Smoked Turbot in 1/4 in strips on the shortest side. Lay the Turbot over the vegetables and Rice and top with Soy Sauce, Spicy Aioli, and the fresh herb of your choice. Enjoy!
