Creamy Peppery Hot Smoked Arctic Char Dip

Ingredients
Hot Smoked Arctic Char
Red Onion, finely chopped
Dill
Monforte Dairy Belle Chèvre (Sub: Whipped Cream Cheese)
Mayo
Lemon, juiced
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Finely dice half a Red Onion and Dill, add to a bowl. Next, use your hands to tear the Hot Smoked Char into the bowl. Top with a generous scoop of the Chèvre or Whipped Cream Cheese and equal parts Mayo. Mix and add more Chèvre/Mayo until you meet the desired consistency. Season generously with Black Pepper and a bit of Salt to taste. Top with a squeeze of Lemon and more fresh Dill. Serve with Crackers and Enjoy!
