Crispy Pan-Fried Walleye Fillets

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 8 Minutes


Ingredients

  • Walleye Fillet

  • Lemon

  • Flour

  • Seasoning of Choice

  • Unsalted Butter

  • Salt

  • Pepper


Preparation

Pat the Walleye dry, lightly salt and place in fridge to dry while preparing the dredge. Add Flour to a plate and lightly season with spices of choice, Salt and Pepper. Dredge Walleye fillet in the Flour mixture. Heat pan to medium-high heat with a large pat of Unsalted Butter, once butter is melted and foaming add Walleye. Cook for a few minutes per side until desired doneness. Finish with a squeeze of fresh Lemon Juice, plate with seasonal vegetables and Enjoy!
