
Hot Honey Soy Glazed Halibut with Sesame Seeds on a bed of Spinach

Ingredients
Halibut Portion
Soy Sauce
Hot Honey
Garlic, minced
Sesame Seeds
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Pat Halibut dry and season. In a bowl, combine Soy Sauce, Hot Honey, and Garlic. Heat pan with Olive Oil till lightly smoking. Add Halibut to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Once the Halibut has reached desired doneness, add sauce mixture and let reduce for 30 second to 1 minute, spooning sauce over the Halibut. Remove from heat and let site for 5 minutes. Plate over a bed of sautéed Spinach and Enjoy!
