Smoked Char Cacio e Pepe


Hot Smoked Arctic Char Cacio e Pepe with Peas and Pecorino topped with Chili Flakes.

Ingredients

  • Hot Smoked Arctic Char

  • Spaghetti

  • Peas

  • Pecorino

  • Parmesan

  • Chili Flakes

  • Butter

  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Cook the spaghetti as instructed. Grate pecorino and Parmesan. Melt butter in a pan. Add peas to pan and let cook until warm. Add cooked pasta to pan with some reserved pasta water. Add in grated pecorino, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Plate finished pasta and top with Hot Smoked Char.
