Hot Smoked Arctic Char Romaine Salad with Radishes and Cucumber topped with a Creamy Dill Dressing.

Ingredients

  • Hot Smoked Arctic Char

  • Romaine Lettuce

  • Radish

  • Cucumber

  • Lemon

  • Dill

  • Greek Yogurt/Sour Cream

Preparation

Thinly slice the radishes. Slice the cucumber. Chop the romaine lettuce. Mix lemon juice, dill, and Greek yogurt or sour cream together to make the dressing. Top romaine lettuce with radishes and flaked Hot Smoked Char then pour dressing to finish. Enjoy!
