Smokey Baked Arctic Char with Brussel Sprouts and Rice

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 15 Minutes


Ingredients

  • Arctic Char Fillets

  • Brussel Sprouts

  • Smoked Paprika

  • Herbs de Provence

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


Preparation: Preheat oven to 375. Mix Olive Oil and Seasonings together. Generously coat Arctic Char with mixture. Toss Brussel Sprouts with the mixture. Place seasoned Brussel Sprouts and Char in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked through. Serve with Rice and Enjoy!
