
Prawn Tail Scampi with Buttery Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
Spot Prawn Tails
White Wine
Garlic, minced
Lemon, juiced
Parsley
Butter, unsalted
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Prepare Prawn Tails by removing any roe and the shell. Heat Olive Oil and Butter in a pan on med-high heat. Add Garlic and Prawn Tails, season to taste. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove the Prawn Tails and add White Wine. Simmer until the Wine is reduced by half. Add in a pad of cold Butter and Lemon Juice. Turn off heat, add cooked Pasta and mix together. Plate the Pasta with Prawn Tails, add Parsley on top, and Enjoy!
