This Easter Bagel Brunch Kit includes:
- 10oz Pre Sliced Cold Smoked Arctic Char
- 1/2 Dozen Kettlemans Sesame Montreal Bagels
- Gordon's Farmstead Goat Cream Cheese with Chives
- 1 Lemon
Our Cold Smoked Arctic Char is all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Pangnirtung, just off the coast of Baffin Island, in Nunavut. All fillets are flash frozen during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest and remain frozen until smoked.
Our Cold Smoked is smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood for 3 hours and contains small amounts of salt & sugar. Features Sliced Cold Smoked that has been pre-sliced and then packaged for your convenience.
To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
