Halibut Portions
Our Halibut Fillets are all wild caught by the Indigenous fishermen of British Columbia around the Broughton Archipalego, on the North-East coast of Vancouver Island.
All fillets are frozen within hours of catch, processed, and remain frozen until purchase. To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 3 days.
