Smoked Char Bellies
Our Smoked Arctic Char Bellies are all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Rankin Inlet, off the coast of Nunavut.
All Arctic Char is flash frozen during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest and remain frozen until smoking.
To defrost; place the Arctic Char in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
