Arctic Char Fillet
Avocado
Corn Tortillas
Micro Greens
Lemon
Dill
Preparation
Pan-fry the Arctic Char (2-3 minutes per side) in butter, olive oil and any spices of your choice. Slice the avocado thinly. Warm tortilla and assemble the flaked Char fillet, avocado slices, micro greens and top with lemon juice and dill.
