Ingredients
Arctic Char Filet
Flour
Honey
Garlic
Paprika
Chili Flakes
Cayenne
Soy Sauce
Hot Sauce
Avocado Oil
Butter
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Prepare Arctic Char by cutting into 1in cubes, then toss with flour, paprika, and avocado oil. Set pan to medium heat and add a splash of avocado oil and a knob of butter. Once foamy, add your Arctic Char and baste untill fully cooked. Remove the Arctic Char and set aside. Add another knob of butter, soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, and hot sauce to the pan and stir till a sauce forms. Add the Arctic Char back in and cover with sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on rice or roasted vegetables and enjoy!
