Ingredients
Arctic Char Fillet
Maple Syrup
Butter/Olive Oil
Grainy Mustard
Soya sauce
Salt & Pepper
Parsley for Garnish
Preparation
Prepare the glaze by adding 1/4 cup of melted butter or olive oil, 1/4 maple syrup, 2 tbsp grainy mustard, 2 tbsp soya sauce. Season the Arctic Char Char Fillet with Salt & Pepper. Marinate the Arctic Char Fillet in the glaze for 30 minutes. Barbecue the Arctic Char Fillet on a bbq mat (2-4 mins per side).
Top with Parsley. Serve with Rice and Seasonal Veggies of your choice.
