Ingredients
Hot Smoked Arctic Char
Rice Paper Wraps
Rice Noodles
Sweet Potato
Mixed Greens
Mint
Soy Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Chop and season the sweet potato with salt and pepper. Roast the sweet potato for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook the rice noodles as directed. Chop the lettuce. Soak the rice paper wraps in water for 10-30 seconds. Lay the rice paper wrap flat and top with sweet potato, mixed greens, rice noodles, mint and flaked Hot Smoked Arctic Char. Roll up the rice paper wrap tightly. Serve with soy sauce on the side.
